The Brief
This Twin Waters waterfront renovation was designed for a Canberra-based family seeking a relaxed coastal holiday home on the Sunshine Coast. The property needed to honour and reflect their existing style and carefully selected furniture, while elevating the overall functionality and flow of the home. The renovation focused on key living and private zones, including a full redesign of the kitchen, alfresco kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, and master bedroom. The aim was to create a cohesive interior that felt timeless, comfortable, and perfectly suited to extended holiday stays by the water. A key design direction was a more traditional Hampton’s influence within the kitchen, softened and refined to suit the waterfront setting. Throughout the home, we introduced considered detailing and bespoke joinery solutions to enhance both usability and aesthetic continuity.
