The Brief
This Sunshine Coast Airbnb project was designed to deliver a high-end guest experience while maximising rental appeal and return. Our Melbourne based clients required a fully considered interior design solution that would stand out in Noosa’s competitive holiday market, combining durability with a strong visual identity. The brief called for a luxury coastal aesthetic that felt elevated, memorable, and aligned with the expectations of premium short-stay accommodation in Noosa and the surrounding Sunshine Coast.

We love how this project captures the essence of high-end Airbnb styling on the Sunshine Coast – effortless, inviting, and highly curated.
Layered textures, natural materials, and a calming tonal palette create an immediate sense of arrival, while carefully selected furniture and finishes ensure both durability and visual impact. Every element has been considered not only for how it looks, but how it performs – resulting in a space that photographs beautifully, enhances guest experience, and ultimately drives stronger booking performance.
Our favourite piece is the stunning occasional chair in the Master Bedroom.
