This new build in Dicky Beach was designed as a refined coastal residence that balances relaxed Sunshine Coast living with considered, high-end interior detail. Our clients were seeking a home that felt open, functional, and connected to its beachside location, while still delivering a sense of sophistication and comfort for everyday living and entertaining.
Working closely through the design development stage, we ensured the interior planning supported a seamless flow between key living spaces, with a strong emphasis on light, openness, and liveability. Material selections and spatial arrangements were carefully considered to enhance the architectural form and maximise the coastal outlook.

What we love
The kitchen is a standout, designed as the true heart of the home with a refined yet approachable aesthetic that anchors the living spaces. Its connection to the surrounding zones creates an easy flow, ideal for both family living and entertaining.
We also love the introduction of bold wallpaper in key moments throughout the home. It adds depth, personality, and a layer of visual interest that elevates the interiors beyond a typical coastal palette. Used thoughtfully, it creates contrast against the softer architectural elements and brings a confident, curated edge to the overall design.
Overall, the interiors respond beautifully to the coastal setting without becoming overly themed. Instead, the palette and materiality feel soft, natural, and enduring—allowing both the architecture and location to quietly lead the design
